A little about me
I believe we learn best when we feel secure and inspired to act. I want to be the teacher that helps facilitate that feeling.
Having followed an unconventional path to university graduation after high school, being inquisitive and taking enjoyment in learning and creative tasks drives me to work which involves design, making, language, culture, and education. Teaching, traveling, working and connecting, I have come to trust myself, to push the boundaries of what makes me me, and to reaffirm my beliefs in the power of the human spirit. Inspired to act, each of us is capable of effecting positive change in our lives and our communities.
I am a conscientious, hard-working professional, always on the lookout for areas of improvement through strategic application of skills and resources. My background in international education, branding and identity, website and graphic design, public relations, language acquisition and communications makes me a valuable asset to teams looking to grow and innovate.
